We are a UK Based company (Sandy in Bedfordshire). We are only a Small Company with a few employees to help us with our day-to-day duties. However, we do not lack in support. When you phone us, it will be one of our staff, no call centres from foreign countries.

We run on a "Smart Network". This means that we only regulally use one connection, but if the master connection becomes slow, or stops working, a slave connection takes over. We run normal speeds between E1 (T3) and E3.

Our network is always monitored by a server to detect any problems, switching to a slave connection if needed without any human intervention.
